Special voter registration drive on Feb 22 | Lucknow News
Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh chief electoral officer Navdeep Rinwa has asked all district election officers to hold special summary revision of electoral rolls 2026 drive and add voters who are still missing but are eligible based on the qualifying date of Jan 1, 2026.As part of the revision programme, a campaign will be conducted on Feb 22 at all polling stations in the state. Booth level officers will be present at their respective centres from 10.30am to 1.30pm to receive applications for claims and objections, assist voters, and carry out other related procedures. Rinwa has appealed to the public to use the opportunity to add new names, update addresses, or get personal details corrected in the voter’s list.
