Blankets given to patients’ attendants at SGPGIMS | Lucknow News
Lucknow: The Inner Wheel Club on Friday distributed blankets to patients’ attendants staying at Ren Basera near the Apex Trauma Centre, SGPGIMS, as part of a winter outreach initiative. Around 30 blankets were distributed in the presence of Prof R Harsvardhan, additional medical superintendent, ATC, and medical superintendent, SGPGIMS, and Dr Minakshi Singh, president of the Inner Wheel Club, along with other members.Prof Harsvardhan said the institute remained committed to patient welfare beyond clinical care and stressed the role of community participation in supporting vulnerable groups.Dr Singh said the initiative aimed to provide warmth and comfort to attendants during winter.
