AAP yatra 3rd phase to fight for jobs | Lucknow News
Lucknow: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) will undertake the 3rd phase of its statewide padyatra from Jan 16-22, where it will raise its voice against unemployment, violation of reservation rules, and social discrimination.Party MP Sanjay Singh said this yatra will start from Mirzapur and conclude in Sarnath in Varanasi.“Our party’s objective is to fight for jobs for youth, constitutional justice for deprived sections, and making the govt accountable to the people. In UP, an organised game is being played in the name of employment,” he said. “When exams are held, papers are leaked; sometimes there is a stay of results by the high court, or sometimes the govt appeals in the Supreme Court. The result is that youth are wandering with their files in hand but no jobs,” he said, alleging that there were repeated irregularities in examinations like lekhpal, daroga, sipahi and PCS-J.
