Kukrail to offer night safari, nature trails | Lucknow News
Lucknow: Visitors will get to witness numerous tourism activities at Kukrail forest and forest and tourism department jointly introduce Kukrail Night Safari, in addition to children’s park, play stations, bamboo round huts, nature walk trails, open gym and a cafeteria, developed by UP Eco Tourism Board. Tourism board is also offering parking and toilet facilities. UP Eco tourism board, additional director, Pushp Kumar said, “The facilities will provide an enriching experience for visitors.”He added that giving priority to environmental conservation, round bamboo huts are being constructed to let tourists enjoy nature in an eco-friendly manner. Along with this, nature walk trails will enable visitors to experience the natural surroundings of the Kukrail river up close, including trees, plants and birds. To further enhance tourist convenience, a cafeteria, toilets and parking facilities are also being constructed within the forest area, said a govt spokesperson.
All these initiatives, added Kumar, will not only promote eco-tourism but will also contribute to an increase in revenue and generate employment opportunities for local residents.
