Man abducted, robbed in city; FIR lodged | Lucknow News
Lucknow: A 25-year-old man was allegedly abducted, assaulted and robbed by a group of unidentified youths near Kamta crossing on Saturday. According to the FIR lodged on Monday, the complainant, Anoop Singhreached the Awadh Bus Stand in his car along with his driver, Amit, whom he sent to a nearby shop. “During this time, an unidentified youth allegedly opened the door of my car, sat inside and tried to start the vehicle. When I objected, the accused snatched the car keys and fled. As I chased him, four to five other unidentified men, who were sitting inside a black SUV, forcibly dragged me into the vehicle,” the complainant said.
The accused then dumped him on the roadside, said SHO Vibhuti Khand Amar Singh.
