Ekana to host UP–Jharkhand Ranji tie | Lucknow News
Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh will play their last home match against Jharkhand at the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Stadium from Jan 22 to 25. The UP team will then play their final league encounter against Vidarbha from Jan 29 to Feb 1 in Nagpur. Talking to TOI, Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association (UPCA) secretary Prem Manohar Gupta said, “I hope the prestigious Ranji Trophy match will be conducted successfully and smoothly without any weather-related disruptions. These two matches are very important for UP to win in order to reach the knockouts.” UP are placed fourth with 17 points in Elite Group A, behind Vidarbha (25), Andhra (22) and Jharkhand (18).
