The study examined role of administrative leadership in effective integration of digital technologies in secondary schools in India and Tanzania. The findings highlight that while digital infrastructure and progressive education policies were essential, their meaningful and sustained implementation depends largely on visionary, collaborative and responsive school leadership. Research supervisor, Kiran Lata Dangwal, said, “The study brings together leadership theory and digital practice in a comparative international context.” Head of the department of education, Dinesh Kumar, said, “The milestone underscores the department’s commitment to globally relevant and impactful educational research.” Nyanda Benjamin said, “The research was shaped by rigorous academic support and cross cultural learning, and I hope it contributes meaningfully to digital education reforms in developing contexts.”
